Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM ART BY MONICA COHEN, AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Art By Monica Cohen, ordered from the Monica Cohen Art website at www.monica-cohen.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Art By Monica Cohen reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices
Art By Monica Cohen uses various payment methods as their online purchasing systems.

Art By Monica Cohen accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.

All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to taxes and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

All prices may be subject to change.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to dispatch of your order, Art By Monica Cohen will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Art By Monica Cohen through email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Art By Monica Cohen has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Art By Monica Cohen by email at monicacohenart@gmail.com

If you are shopping from outside the US, please contact me directly at monicacohenart@gmail.com to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Art By Monica Cohen will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

Art By Monica Cohen is under no obligation to accept any order.

Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Art By Monica Cohen website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Art By Monica Cohen may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.

All work will be sent to you by postal service. Art By Monica Cohen will endeavor to deliver purchased art within 20 days (United States) of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from me at the time of purchase.

Art By Monica Cohen cannot accept responsibility for artworks that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

A signature will be required on delivery for special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.

If Art By Monica Cohen is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, I will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit with which you originally paid for your order.

Art By Monica Cohen is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Art By Monica Cohen is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Ownership and Copyright
Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Monica Cohen Lenoff. Images of sold paintings may still be used by Monica Cohen Art for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.

Payment Security
Art By Monica Cohen uses various online payments. These payments allow us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. 
Monica Cohen Art is not liable for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.

Privacy
Art By Monica Cohen does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.

Returns
In cases of goods that are damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Art By Monica Cohen at monicacohenart@gmail.com.
Art By Monica Cohen accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please see returns policy for further information.
